Trish Levine is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her masters degree from Adelphi University. Trish has extensive mental health experience working with adults, adolescents, children, families and couples. An important aspect of her work is to help individual and families navigate relationships and transitions by embracing change and empowering positive growth and wellness. Trish’s therapeutic style is based upon the model of positive psychology which is strengths based and person centered. Modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused and Emotionally Focused therapies. Trish uses creative interventions which are individualized to help clients decrease anxiety, depression and stress and incorporates wellness plans including life skills and healthy living. Trish supports and motivates clients to develop their own goals to move forward in life. Trish is experienced in helping those with co-occurring medical conditions including cancer, diabetes and bariatric issues.
